Service Description

Begin your custom bra journey with a one-on-one consultation tailored to your unique needs. During your appointment, we'll take detailed measurements, evaluate your breast shape and support requirements, discuss your lifestyle and wardrobe needs, and help you choose the ideal bra style, fabrics, colors, and features. Whether you're looking for an everyday bra, a strapless or deep-plunge design, a bridal bra, or a specialty solution, each bra is individually designed for comfort, support, and a personalized fit. Your consultation also includes recommendations for any necessary design modifications, such as foam or gel inserts, mastectomy pockets, asymmetry corrections, or other custom features. Consultation fees are applied toward the purchase of your custom bra.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please respect that reserved time by providing adequate notice for any changes. Late Cancellations/Last-Minute Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $35 late cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service before rebooking. Repeat Last-Minute Changes Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or chronic last-minute scheduling changes may require prepayment or a non-refundable booking deposit in order to schedule future appointments. Respect for Time Frequent disruptions affect scheduling, limit availability for other clients, and impact small business operations. These policies are in place to protect reserved appointment time and keep scheduling fair and consistent for everyone. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
