More Than a Beauty Appointment

Hi, I’m Tracee, the lash artist behind 3D Volume Lash & Brow Studio.

Before entering the beauty industry, I worked in medical weight loss, administration, and customer service. Each of those fields taught me something I still bring to every appointment: how to listen, pay attention to details, care for people, and help them reach the result they came for.

But I discovered my true passion while attending esthetics school.

The Moment I Knew

One day, a returning student demonstrated the application of lash extensions on a model. The entire class gathered around to watch. The process took nearly two hours, and by the time she finished, I was the only student still standing there—completely fascinated.

Then she handed the model a mirror.

As the model looked at herself, you could actually see her confidence rise. Her expression changed. She felt beautiful, and I had just witnessed how something as seemingly simple as lashes could affect the way a woman saw herself.

At that moment, I knew: this was what I wanted to do.

Fourteen Years Later, I Still Love What I Do

I have now been applying lash extensions for more than 14 years, and the excitement has never left me. When I look at my calendar in the morning, I still find myself saying:

“Yay—I get to do lashes today!”
