Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please respect that reserved time by providing adequate notice for any changes. Late Cancellations/Last-Minute Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $35 late cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service before rebooking. Repeat Last-Minute Changes Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or chronic last-minute scheduling changes may require prepayment or a non-refundable booking deposit in order to schedule future appointments. Respect for Time Frequent disruptions affect scheduling, limit availability for other clients, and impact small business operations. These policies are in place to protect reserved appointment time and keep scheduling fair and consistent for everyone. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
